Two Research Milestones for Evra Health
Date: May 28, 2026
At Evra, we’re building more than an AI-powered health platform. We’re committed to understanding whether AI can responsibly and effectively help prevent and manage chronic disease at scale, with meaningful health outcomes, while remaining grounded in evidence, integrative/lifestyle medicine, and whole-person care.
Today, we’re pleased to share two exciting research milestones from the Evra team.
American Society for Preventive Cardiology (ASPC)
Our abstract, “Agentic AI for Heart Disease Prevention,” has been accepted for presentation at the American Society for Preventive Cardiology Congress in Scottsdale, Arizona, taking place July 31–August 2, 2026.
Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death globally. We’re excited to contribute to the growing conversation around how responsible, agentic AI systems may help individuals better understand risk factors and take meaningful action on prevention through evidence-based lifestyle interventions.
American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM)
We’re also thrilled to share that our research abstract examining the use of agentic AI to deliver lifestyle medicine approaches at scale has been selected for presentation at the American College of Lifestyle Medicine Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida, this November.
Lifestyle medicine (including nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, social connection, and avoidance of harmful substances) has tremendous potential to prevent and even reverse many chronic conditions. We believe AI can play an important role in helping bring these approaches to more people in a personalized, accessible, and scalable way.
Why This Matters
The future of health AI should not simply be about building smarter algorithms. It should be about improving real-world outcomes, supporting behavior change, and helping people live healthier lives.
As Evra continues to grow, we remain committed to rigorous evaluation, scientific integrity, and sharing our findings with the broader medical and public health communities.
We’re also excited to welcome our newest Evranaut cohort and summer interns, who are helping advance Evra’s work across research, product, public health, and community engagement. You can learn more about the broader Evra team here.
If you’ll be attending ASPC in Scottsdale or ACLM in Orlando, we’d love to connect.
