Today We Launch!
April 28, 2026
Today is an incredible milestone for Evra Health!
In just ten and a half months, our team has built something technically and clinically difficult: an AI-enabled health OS designed to help people make sense of their health data, understand their patterns, and take meaningful action in daily life.
At the heart of Evra are two problems that are often underestimated.
The first is making sense of time-series health data.
Health is not a single lab result, a single sleep score, or a single workout. It is a pattern over time. It is the relationship between biomarkers, biometrics, wearables, daily habits, symptoms, stress, nutrition, sleep, exercise, medications, supplements, and lived context.
A resting heart rate value means something different depending on sleep, illness, training load, alcohol, stress, menstrual cycle phase, medication changes, or emotional strain. A glucose spike means something different depending on the meal, the timing, the person’s baseline metabolic health, and what happened before and after. A blood pressure reading means something different if it is isolated versus sustained.
This is what makes time-series health intelligence so hard. Evra must digest wearables, biomarkers, biometrics, and contextual inputs over time, not as isolated numbers, but as patterns. It has to cross-tabulate logic across multiple chronic conditions. It must understand context described in chat, identify risk, avoid over-personalized or parasocial responses, and escalate appropriately when there may be physical or emotional harm.
Very little has been written about how to do this well, especially in a way that is clinically grounded, behaviorally responsible, and usable for everyday people.
The second problem is behavior change.
In many ways, this is the hardest problem in medicine, and one thing we came to understand much better during our beta testing period.
Most people know the basics of what supports health: move more, sleep better, eat nourishing foods, reduce stress, build healthy relationships, avoid harmful habits, and follow through on the care they need. But knowing what to do is not the same as being able to do it consistently.
People are overwhelmed. They are busy. They are confused by conflicting advice. They receive lab results without a clear plan. They track wearable data without knowing what matters. They may want to improve their health but not know where to begin.
Evra was built to cut through that noise. To connect the dots. To turn data into action without adding more overwhelm.
According to signals from our beta group, we are already seeing something extraordinary. On the updated platform, most users made measurable progress toward their goals. Retention was strong. Evra Scores improved over time. Wearable markers like HRV and resting heart rate trended positively. Blood pressure, weight, and other biometric signals also improved. We are cautious, and will continue to monitor outcomes over time, as the number of Evra users increases.
We expect biomarker shifts to follow, and we believe structured testing will be an important part of tracking meaningful change over time. For many users, this may mean testing key biomarkers every six months, with markers like hemoglobin A1C checked every three months when clinically appropriate.
But the individual stories mattered most:
- A college student is using Evra to manage ADHD, stress, and athletic recovery
- A user with type 2 diabetes who reduced hemoglobin A1C by a full point
- Silent hypertension was identified early and brought down safely
- High cholesterol improved through lifestyle and supplements: in one case eliminating the need for a statin
- A woman in perimenopause is using Evra to manage anxiety and hormonal shifts without feeling overwhelmed
This is what happens when you connect physiology, behavior, and context, and build for real life.
The entire team and I are so excited to launch today, and finally have more people in the U.S. and India benefit from Evra’s impact, with many more around the world having access on May 4th. We believe, for Evra to be truly impactful, we must begin here at home, but also ensure we serve communities globally, and this is at the heart of the 100 Years Project, as we move to highlight stories that transcend borders.
Please know our intention and mission (which are on the website here) will not shift. Neither will our commitment to trust and safety in responsible A.I. You have our permission to hold us to a high standard, and we hope we’ll be lucky enough to earn your trust as Evra helps you reach the health goals many of you have held for years.
We are building for the 99%: people who want to feel better, understand their bodies, prevent disease, and make better decisions without needing to become health experts themselves or fork over thousands of dollars for unproven approaches or treatments that do little to shift the needle. We set our pricing accordingly, to be free, with a tiered approach, combined with a commitment to charitable causes.
We truly believe Evra can help change the trajectory of chronic disease by making personalized, preventative, whole-person health support more accessible to everyone, and in doing so make healthcare, as a whole, that much more equitable for each of us.
Welcome to Evra.
To your health, today and beyond,
-Amitha
